Barbro Osher, together with her husband Bernard Osher, has long been a very generous donor to Swedish and American cultural institutions, among them Nationalmuseum. She is especially interested in craft and design. In the portrait by Thron Ullberg, Osher is pictured with two of the objects the museum has been able to acquire thanks to the support of her foundation: a French Rococo clock and Greta Magnusson Grossman’s lamp Grasshopper.
